  1. Seek help: Support may come from anyone in the community. Maybe your friends, religious group, family, or professional help like your therapist.

US ELECTION STRESS: Finding Calm and Kindness in Uncertainty

Two ladies looking at a guy.

The recent US presidential election has left many feeling anxious and uncertain about the future. The re-election of Donald Trump has sparked concerns, with many Americans wondering about the potential changes in the policy and ever-deepening political divide. These factors combined with constant news updates have made this a uniquely overwhelming season.

In times of uncertainty, it’s crucial to choose kindness. Remember that:

  1. Despite our differences, we share a common humanity.

  2. Engage in respectful and constructive conversations, listening to diverse perspectives.

  3. Positive actions can create change. Focus on making a positive impact in your community and beyond.

As we navigate this new chapter in American politics, let’s prioritize acceptance, understanding, and kindness. By doing so, we can create a more compassionate and inclusive society, regardless of our political affiliation.

Farewell to a Faithful Friend: Remembering a Beloved Adventure Buddy

Images of a dog and a lady.

From hiking through lush trails to cuddling on the couch, every moment was a joyous adventure. More than just a pet, Louie was a true companion, offering comfort, solace, and unwavering loyalty. Though he may no longer be by our side, his spirit lives on in our hearts. We’ll carry his memory with us on every future adventure, knowing he’d want us to continue exploring, discovering, and loving life as much as he did.

Rest now, brave loyal friend. Your paw prints may be gone, but your impact on our lives will never fade. We’ll miss you dearly, but we’ll keep your memory alive by living the life you inspired us to live—----- a life full of adventure, love, and joy.
